5. Exchange Option
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you may choose to exchange it for the same item instead of a refund. We will handle the pickup and replacement as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once the item is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
